1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, joining, or booking any experience through The Birthday Travel Society (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or participate in any experience.

2. Membership-Based Access

The Birthday Travel Society operates as a private, members-only community. Membership is required to access trips, events, and exclusive offerings. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion to preserve community standards.

3. Adult-Only Policy

All experiences are strictly adults-only. Participants must meet minimum age requirements as stated for each experience. No children or family programming is permitted.

4. Booking & Payments

All reservations require payment to secure participation. Deposits, payment schedules, and deadlines are provided at booking and must be followed to maintain your reservation.

5. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to availability and may change without notice until payment is received. Early booking may secure preferred rates but does not guarantee availability.

6. Travel Services Disclaimer

The Birthday Travel Society curates experiences but does not own or operate airlines, resorts, or transportation providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, or supplier changes beyond our control.

7. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and group experiences.

8. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the experience without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and materials are the property of The Birthday Travel Society and may not be used without permission.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Birthday Travel Society operates.

 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated. Deposits secure space and cover contractual commitments with suppliers.

2. Cancellations by Guest

Cancellation policies vary by trip and are outlined at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for reviewing all terms before submitting payment.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on supplier policies, timing of cancellation, and trip-specific terms. Administrative fees may apply.

4. Missed Payments

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all payments made.

5. Transfers

Name changes or transfers may be allowed on select trips, subject to supplier rules and fees. All requests must be submitted in writing and approved.

6. Cancellations by The Birthday Society

In rare cases where a trip is canceled by The Birthday Travel Society, members will be offered a refund or credit as outlined in the specific trip agreement.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, delays, or emergencies. Sunset & Shenanigans is not responsible for losses due to such events.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend any part of a trip does not qualify for a refund.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, or global disruptions.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
